Create Test Requisition Form;
- After successfully creating a form, the system will allocate to you a “TRF Number” You can follow your entire process with your TRF number.
- You can view all your forms and TRF Numbers from the from the “Submitted Test Requisition Forms” menu.
- Do not worry, we will inform you with e-mails in every step, from start to finish.
